Working with AttorneysAn Engaged ClientMost of the time, when an attorney is hired by a corporation to attend to a legal matter, there is an engaged client representative that the lawyer will work with in resolving the matter. The client representative is the one who receives the attorney’s advice, processes it internally at the company with his or her line of management and other internal stakeholders, and then gives the lawyer any necessary follow-up instructions. Occasionally, however, the client representative is juggling too many commitments to give the legal matter the attention it deserves and requires. When this happens, problems are likely to follow, as the most important ingredient in the attorney-client relationship is the latter component – an active, engaged client. Our principal office is in Richardson, Texas. Our clients are nationwide. Law Office of Paul W. Fulbright, PLLC |
