In contrast to its large corporate clients with broad and deep internal transactional resources, others of the firm’s clients are mid-sized companies needing not only contract drafting services but, in addition, support during the face-to-face and / or telephonic negotiations that will occur with the other side as well.

Effective contractual negotiation is equal parts art and science, and our firm’s founder has substantial experience drafting, negotiating, and closing a wide array of technology – related agreements, across a broad array of industries, in two-party and multi-party environments, for market values as low as $100,000.00 to as high as $50-100 million.
