Contract amendment

Another common form of legal service occurs when the parties approach their respective attorneys with a request that counsel provide assistance in modifying the contract to reflect some changed circumstance or a new set of desired terms or conditions associated with the agreement.  It is no exaggeration to say that the client is well-advised to exercise the same care in modifying the agreement that it used in forming the agreement in the first place.
