Contract closing

A fairly minor service, but still a nontrivial one, occurs after most of the major substantive provisions of the agreement have been negotiated. Specifically, moving the agreement into final form for execution, attending to all remaining formal matters, and ensuring that all interested parties leave the closing with fully and properly executed originals for their file is a service that most good law firms provide.
