Contract drafting

Some of the firm’s clients are corporations having sophisticated in-house law departments and / or contract negotiations personnel, so their key need in many transactional engagements is primarily to have an intellectual property attorney who can take the lead in drafting a major new agreement for an infrequently encountered type of transaction.  That is, after the lawyer prepares a good initial draft of a proposed agreement between the parties, their preference is for the lawyer to step back and allow the corporation’s in-house negotiating team carry the transaction forward to conclusion (perhaps with short bursts of support along the way).  Our firm has delivered legal services in this mode of operation on numerous occasions, and, if this is the kind of support you’re looking for, it would be a pleasure to be of service.
