Leadership Richardson
Paul Fulbright is an Alumnus of Leadership Richardson, Class XIX (2003-2004), a selective year-long community leadership development program developed, sponsored and supported by the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, the City of
Richardson, and numerous past and present community leaders in
Richardson, Texas. The program comprises an extensive series of seminars, programs, and projects, developed and conducted in conjunction with the Richardson City Council, the
Richardson Independent
School District, and other past and present community leaders, on a broad cross-section of community issues including city government, business development, education, cultural arts, public health, and public safety.
Richardson East Rotary Club
Paul Fulbright is a Director in the Richardson East Rotary Club, one of the more than 31,000 non-denominational Rotary Clubs around the world dedicated to community and international service, the ethical advancement of the professions, and the global eradication of polio. Mr. Fulbright has been extremely active in Rotary, having served as his Club’s weekly Bulletin Editor and having served on numerous committees directed towards local community service.
Richardson-Area Homeowners Associations
Paul Fulbright was asked to serve as Debate Moderator at the 2005 Richardson East Candidates Forum, a debate between and among the candidates for Richardson City Council and the Board of Trustees for the
Richardson Independent
School District. The debate was jointly sponsored by a half-dozen or more of the major local homeowners’ associations in the greater
Richardson area.
