Pre-application consultationOnce you’ve hired the right lawyer (and, for more information about how to do that, see other sections of this website), you and your patent attorney will conduct one or more pre-application consultations with an eye towards accomplishing two objectives: (a) to enable the patent attorney to review the nature of the invention with you in exhaustive detail to ensure that he or she thoroughly understands the invention and its principal modes of operation and use; and (b) to organize and gather any information the lawyer may need to commence preparation of the application (e.g., sketches, flowcharts, technical specifications, performance data, etc.). Our principal office is in Richardson, Texas. Our clients are nationwide. Law Office of Paul W. Fulbright, PLLC |
