IssuanceOnce the case has been placed in a condition for allowance, a final fee known as the Issue Fee becomes due. Upon payment of the Issue Fee, the application will issue as a patent. If the issue fee isn’t timely paid, the application will become abandoned as fully and effectively as if it had never been filed in the first place. Our principal office is in Richardson, Texas.
